Towns we work in regularly
Not on the list? Call the shop — if you're within a couple of hours we almost certainly still come out.
How the service area works
What travelling to you actually involves.
We're a shop, not a franchise, so the service area is defined by something simple: how far the crew can drive with a trailer of cabinets and still get a full day's installing done.
In practice that's most of western and central Wisconsin. The consultation visit is free anywhere in that range and we don't add a travel or mileage line to the quote — if we've agreed to come out, the drive is our cost, not yours.
For a typical kitchen we're at your house three times: once to measure and talk through the design, once to verify final dimensions after any demolition or wall work, and once to deliver and install. Larger jobs and new construction usually add a visit or two to coordinate with the builder.
If you're outside the area
Call anyway. Depending on the size of the job and what else we have running in that direction, we often still come out. Bigger projects justify a longer drive, and we'd rather tell you honestly on the phone than have you assume the answer is no.
Planning a project?
Three things worth reading before the consultation — they'll make the hour we spend together far more productive.
- What custom cabinets costReal ranges per linear foot and per kitchen, and what moves the number.
- Choosing a wood speciesHickory, maple, oak, cherry and alder compared honestly.
- How long it takesA week-by-week schedule and the delays that actually happen.
